The service is run by KPMG Forensic and ensures that employees can report their concerns confidentially. The service is only available for employees of companies who has a contract with KPMG. If a contract relationship exists, it will be stated in the personnel handbook. KPMG cannot receive notice of concern about companies without a contract.
The choice of giving notice and remaining anonymous is possible, but take into consideration that providing contact information can help answer questions that may arise during the investigation. Contact information can also be provided under the condition that only KPMG, and not the organization affected by the concern, receive the contact data.
The information reported is vital for the investigation, and we encourage you to be comprehensive in filling out this form. The more information provided, the greater the chance to find the underlying cause of the issue. Under the circumstances that you have provided us with your contact information, you can ask to receive updates on the investigation process, as long as it does not conflict with the confidentiality agreement of the organization or the individual investigated.
The concern may be reported in English or any of the Nordic languages, but reports in Finnish will be answered in English.
Before sending make sure you have read and accepted our terms and conditions for this service. See bottom of this form.
